Front doors are to be accessed for audience only.
Only water will be allowed in ANY venue, including the warmup space.
Percussion equipment provided - 5 octave marimba, 2.5 octave glockenspiel, 3 octave vibraphone, 3.5 octave xylophone, 4 Timpani, Temple blocks, congas, tam tam, concert snare drum, bass drum, chimes, wind chimes, 18 inch suspended cymbal, 18 inch crash cymbals, drum kit.
Festival drop off: Parking for drop-off and pick-up is behind the school on Caribou St. E. This is best accessed by driving south on Main St, turning left on Ross St, right on 3rd. Ave. NE, and right on Caribou.
Students are to enter the back double doors and proceed downstairs to the warm up room. NOTE: To avoid congestion, there will be an up and down staircase. Please follow the signs and the volunteers.
Night Show drop off: Please enter the main front entry on Caribou St East. Busses can remain parked in front of the school that evening only.
Important Info for Busses: Long term bus parking during the festival must be away from Main St. The bus cannot remain at the drop-off points. Spots are usually available East of Main St. fairly close to the venues. After all, this is Moose Jaw. All distances are fairly close and walkable.
