Chad graduated with a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Regina in 2000 and a Master of Music degree in Wind Band Conducting in 2024, also from the University of Regina. Chad taught the Regina Lions Band from 1993-2003. This was an extra-curricular type of organization which provided opportunities such as Concert Band, Jazz Band, Winter Drumline, Winter Color Guard, and Marching Band. Chad is in his 26th year of teaching. He is in his 11th year with Regina Catholic Schools and is Director of Bands at LeBoldus Catholic High School. Chad was the former Band Director at Winston Knoll High School and surrounding elementary schools in Regina for 10 years before this. Chad has been a clinician throughout Regina and Saskatchewan for many years. Under his direction, his bands consistently receive superior ratings at festivals throughout the prairie provinces. He is in his 7th year teaching at the University of Regina, directing Jazz 2.
