This week is full of last minute reminders. Please note:
As per last year, programs are available online. the link has been posted on our homepage. Contact us via email if you are needing a hard copy.
Only water will be allowed in any performance or warmup spaces. Please DO NOT plan on eating lunch in any festival space., other than Crescent Park. Thank you to Culligan for providing water in all venues.
We have eliminated the need to register at the festival office upon your arrival in Moose Jaw, however, please text our office to inform us of your arrival. 306-681-3850. Mention the director’s name or the name of the group in your text. Your banner and any preordered t-shirts will be delivered to the venue of your first festival performance. If, for whatever reason, you do not receive them, please call our festival office immediately, before leaving town. 306-681-3850.
Hopefully there will be little road construction this year but do keep checking our website as we will announce it here.
Our local paper will be taking photos during the festival to publish. Please contact us if you cannot allow this to be done. We know privacy is very important to some individuals for a variety of reasons.
Check out the long term parking for buses. We are hoping for a glitch free festival with everyone using the long term bus parking we have sourced out for you. LOTS of parking info can be found in our March 16 Monday morning announcement.

T-shirts can be preordered by your students, to be delivered to your first performance venue, along with your banner. The deadline for orders is Friday, May 1. There will be NO sales at our evening concerts as in years past, only in the park during “Moosic in the Park”.
Our newest festival merchandise available for purchase are the festival keychain, $5 and stickers, $2. Both will be available on Tuesday & Wednesday, May 12 & 13 in Crescent Park during “Moosic in the Park”. Cash or etransfer. Prices include tax. If you wish to order ahead of time in bulk, feel free to email no later than Monday, May 4, paying with an etransfer. They will be delivered to your first performance along with your banner.
