Evening concerts are still available, albeit few seats for some:

Equipment lists are different for each venue. Please check the website for a list of what will be available for you at your performance venue. To find this info go to the Directors Info Package and scroll down to “equipment”. Re: extension cords - the outlet may be further away than you think. Note: mallets, beaters, auxiliary percussion, and extension cords will NOT be available.

We always deal with items left behind. To reduce this issue it is suggested that you provide all of your percussionists with a checklist of items to be collected up afterwards. Please be very specific, including triangle beaters.
Please label all percussion instruments and cords as well as student instrument cases and music folders, including your city / town on all ID markings. It is easy for us to return items that are labelled but impossible if not.
Our program is close to going to print. Please check our online schedule for any necessary changes in spelling or other errors.
