April 13, 2026 - Monday Announcements

• Construction: To all directors coming from the north, know that there will again be construction on the overpass just north of Moose Jaw but it will be accessible.

  To all of those coming from the east, please enter the city via the Manitoba Expressway to avoid the construction.

• By today we are hoping to have heard from everyone with groups over 50. We have only heard from a couple of you. Knowing your exact number will help us be better prepared.

• Reminder: Venues will not be open prior to 8:00 am for the 8:30 groups. The first performing groups in both the morning and afternoon are asked to report to the warmup space to leave cases, but can then proceed to the stage for a warmup.

• Mae Wilson Theatre will be locked from 11:30-12:30., but the doors will open promptly at 12:30 for the 1:00 group to go down to the rehearsal hall to unpack and then head right up to the stage for warmup. All other venues will remain open during the noon hour.

• Evening concert audiences are reminded to please enter as a group and follow the ushers instructions. To make seating most efficient, please make sure your students are fed, watered, and toileted prior to seating. No individual tickets will be issued, but the ushers will have record of your numbers and will seat your group in their reserved seating.

• Suggestion: If you are attending an evening concert, consider putting your supper order in to your restaurant ahead of time.
